8/7/17 My sotong Queen decided to get her fringe done today after deciding that the fringe will stay good before the trip to Japan in 2 weeks and there will be no danger to her baby if she get pregnant tonight.

She wanted to go to a salon that was recommended by a Chinese forum at Geylang, but the potential 15 mins walk from the Ajunied MRT at 3pm was too long and got, so we went to TPY instead to try out luck there.

The only thing she did at TPY was to take a dump, glanced at the shop windows before deciding to go to Geylang in the end.

One night at orchard

7/7/17 We went for dinner and shopping at plaza Singapura at the end of the crazy week. While paying $68 at the counter at Sephora for a blue vial of suspicious liquid with dubious claims of being useful for her skin, she got cohered into paying for another $4 for a lip mask so she can get a free hair band. Bummer.

Sephora provides a spray for cleaning your face at the payment counter, which is great since many customers were using their testers throughout the shop. She then went on to remove the cap off the spray can but somehow managed to launch the bottle cap flying through the air to the amusement of the cashier and myself. Hilarious.

Later we took the circle line back home. While the train was coming to a stop at our station, she lost balance and started to frail her arms in a comical manner. Should have taken a video of this.

At the gates, more laughter ensure. After she had tapped her card, she continued to stared at the card balance display after the gate is open. She kept at it until the station staff reminded her that the gate is already open. Then she realised it is indeed the case. Blur Queen.

But she is my blur Queen.

Taking the lift at OG orchard

16/6/17 we were looking for a replacement glass which was broken by the cleaner at her workplace. Then we were asked by the sales assistant to take the lift because the store was closing. She tried to follow the group ahead of us whom she thought we going to the lift but was actually going to the toilet, then she press on the signage instead of the lift button for the lift.

Who is the real 奇葩?

8/6/17 奇葩为了看奇葩说，busted her data plan in an hour watching in the shower.

Update 10/6/17 She did it again while watching 跑男 in the gym.

28/5 while buying dinner at Rocher hawker centre, the mother of Shiyun friend spotted Shiyun and came over to our table for a chat with her.

The mother took a hard look at Xiaolin and Winti and asked whether we got two maids.

Xiaolin would have flipped the table.

The examination

19/5 My wife had been preparing for her Chinese competition for the whole week. Finally it's Friday evening and she was finalizing the preparations. While getting her stationery and dresses ready for the big day when her friend who is going for the same competition called in.

Is was then when my Sotong Queen realised the actual day is Sunday, not Saturday.

Isn't getting the correct competition dates part of the preparation?? Imagine going to the venue and found that you are 24 hours too early!
